It is the philosophy of ‘individual first, employee second,’ that drives the Harvey Sinclair brand. Whether it be through executive coaching or resilience coaching, putting smiles on the faces of employees, means money in the pockets of the shareholders.
At Harvey Sinclair we continue to prove there are significant gains to be made from a third party approach to personal development.
“Our minds drive our performance,” so it makes sense for organisations to address this key asset in their talent pool. In separating out what is personal and what is professional, we can apply the correct career coaching toolkit to the applicable issue or requirement. Further, we build on the rapport established throughout the process, creating solid resilience, taking the individual and the team from “surviving to thriving.”
Career Coaching Results
The resulting marginal gains from addressing the real problems with the real solution in personal and professional matters often results in significant improvements to productivity, leadership ability and quality of work to name just a few. Statistically speaking, we have seen as much as a 5% improvement across a team’s output subsequent to a 6 month career coaching programme and significant improvements there after. A remarkable payback.
Individuals feel supported, perform better and the business makes more money. Win/Win.
At Harvey Sinclair we have an exceptional pool of executive coaches & clinical psychologists who have practical hands on experience and the appropriate credentialing in line with our philosophy, ensuring consistent quality in our service delivery wherever/whatever the client need may be.
We look to match up our clients with the very best coach to meet their requirements.

NLP and CBT
It has been said that “the future of coaching is NLP” and that “CBT is one of the most researched, effective and extensively used forms of coaching”. At Harvey Sinclair our training has sought to address these trends and more. In line with this, as certified NLP Practitioners and CBT Therapists, we are able to bring you the most comprehensive coaching techniques in the world today. NLP and CBT as respective ‘arts’ are always developing. We see it as of paramount importance that we stay ahead of all the latest nuances, offering a cutting-edge bespoke career coaching service that you simply cannot get anywhere else.
We volunteer at the Samaritans, offering our career coaching and executive coaching services on a weekly basis. In our work with the staff at the Central London Samaritans office, we address both personal and professional subject matters with each individual staff member and it is a valuable working relationship we really enjoy maintaining.
The Samaritans charity was founded in 1953 by Rev. Chad Varah with the vision that fewer people should die by suicide and are committed to the following values:
- Listening, because exploring feelings alleviates distress and helps people to reach a better understanding of their situation and the options open to them
- Confidentiality, because if people feel safe, they are more likely to be open about their feelings
- Autonomy in making their own decisions wherever possible, because we believe that people have the right to find their own solution and telling people what to do takes responsibility away from them
- Being non-judgemental, because we want people to be able to talk to us without fear of prejudice or rejection
- Human contact, because giving people time, undivided attention and empathy meets a fundamental emotional need and reduces distress and despair.
Every six seconds, somebody contacts one of the 20,665 Samaritan volunteers. Ten times a minute they can help someone turn their life around. With 201 branches across the UK and Republic of Ireland, operating around the clock every day of the year, the Samaritans is a truly inspiring support network and it is an absolute honour to volunteer with them.
