In 2o17 Christopher has been invited and attended the House of Commons to debate on the ‘future of mental wellbeing in the workplace’ alongside MPs and Captains of Industry.
Christopher has a track record of delivering change and accelerating the development of leadership skills across energy businesses and functions. As a corporate wellbeing leader, Christopher believes that great people and great leaders make a difference on business results and they consistently help those people and leaders become great.
Educated at St Andrews (MA) and Harvard Universities respectively, with a background in psychology and 10 years of international corporate leadership for some of the world’s most reputable organisations and through his work as an executive coach, Christopher fully understands all the dynamics involved in managing a stressful work/life balance, striving for perfection and dealing with failure.
For over a decade he worked in roles of ever increasing managerial responsibility across the globe with some of the world’s largest energy organisations. He has successfully completed internationally recognised leadership training programmes, mentoring and coaching, attaining a position on the corporate leadership team within a multinational corporation, managing several offices and extensive remote teams.
Christopher has accumulated global experience of hiring, firing, managing several rounds of redundancy, managing through significant change regimes including acquisition, dealing with relocation & cultural shift, amongst many other insightful professional experiences. All this experience positions him perfectly as a transformation manager and pioneer in driving the future of work.

Whilst achieving in his academic and professional career, Christopher has been through his fair share of adversity in his personal life; a torrid divorce between his parents, several family deaths and a failed marriage of his own at a young age, to name but a few. Adversity takes its toll on us all and he knows what this feels and looks like. A decade of battling OCD, body dysmorphia and depression saw Christopher sink to the darkest depths of unhappiness with his life. “Once you’ve been to that place, that’s when the fight or flight mode kicks in and you accept that there is no silver bullet solution” he often recalls.
He has proven results in adding huge value to an organisation’s talent base. Whether it be from improved productivity, retention, creativity or general staff satisfaction, the investment repays itself many times over!
